1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and joyia9 ("joyia9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://joyia9.net. By creating a joyia9 account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager — whether on sports markets, casino games, crash games, fishing titles, or any other product offered on joyia9 — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

joyia9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via email or via an in-platform notification. These Terms are provided in English, which is the governing language for all legal purposes related to joyia9. Where any translation of these Terms is provided as a courtesy, the English version shall always prevail in the event of any inconsistency.

2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The joyia9 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. It is a fundamental condition of access and participation that every registered player is at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remains so throughout the duration of their account. joyia9 does not knowingly permit minors to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on the platform.

joyia9 employs age-verification procedures as part of the account registration and Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If there is any reasonable suspicion that a player may be under the age of 18, joyia9 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, freeze any balance held, and request documentary proof of age. Any account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 will be permanently closed, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to maintain an active joyia9 account:

• You are an individual, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a group.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a joyia9 employee.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To participate in any real-money activity on joyia9, you must register a personal account. Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity documents, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. joyia9 uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts found to violate the one-account rule will be closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

joyia9 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. All players will be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Depending on the circumstances, joyia9 may also request KYC documentation at any other point during the account lifecycle. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad registration details).
• Proof of residential address where required (utility bill, bank statement, or similar, dated within the last three months).

joyia9 will process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players whose KYC verification is pending may continue to use the platform but will not be able to withdraw funds until verification is complete. joyia9 is not liable for any delay to a withdrawal caused by a player's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on joyia9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). joyia9 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through its supported payment methods, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of joyia9.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via all supported mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits made via direct bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank) and international card (Visa, Mastercard) may carry different minimum amounts as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your joyia9 wallet in real time in the vast majority of cases; in rare instances of network delay, please allow up to 30 minutes before contacting support.

joyia9 only accepts deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be returned, and the associated joyia9 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. joyia9 processes withdrawal requests to verified bKash and Nagad accounts in under two minutes on average, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution's processing times.

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible, as part of joyia9's anti-money laundering procedures. joyia9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if the request triggers an internal compliance review.

5 Bonus & Promotional Policy

joyia9 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer, which are published in full on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all joyia9 bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are issued in the form of bonus credit, which is separate from your real-money balance and may only be used for wagering purposes.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement, which must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus credit can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus credit has an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus credit remaining after the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.
• joyia9 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of any change will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly permit otherwise.
• joyia9 reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or the use of automated betting software.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on joyia9 are governed by the specific rules applicable to the sport and market in question. These rules are published in the joyia9 sportsbook rules section and are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable sport-specific rules.

Bet Settlement

joyia9 settles bets based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event that an official result is not available, joyia9 may use results from credible independent sources. If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will be settled according to the relevant sport's abandonment rules.

Void Bets

A bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player in circumstances including but not limited to: the event not taking place within the specified timeframe, a clear pricing error on joyia9's part, or technical failure that demonstrably affected the integrity of the bet. joyia9 reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed with knowledge of the outcome, placed through a technical error, or placed as part of a coordinated effort to exploit the platform.

Casino & RNG Games

All casino game outcomes on joyia9 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software supplied by the game provider. joyia9 does not intervene in or alter the outcome of any casino game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are as published by the game provider and are available on request. The theoretical RTP represents a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee results for any individual session.

Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, game, and player account status. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip or game interface at the time of wagering. joyia9 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion, including in response to unusual betting patterns or as part of routine risk management.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on joyia9, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account without their explicit written consent.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or access the platform in any non-standard manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the joyia9 platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to support immediately rather than exploited for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with joyia9 staff members for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joyia9 staff members or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access joyia9 systems, data, or infrastructure beyond your own account through any technical means.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

joyia9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where joyia9 reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity, joyia9 may suspend an account immediately and freeze any balance pending investigation. Any balance found to be legitimate following the conclusion of an investigation will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your joyia9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, joyia9 will process any outstanding balance to your verified payment method before closing the account. Please allow up to three business days for the closure process to be completed. Note that closing your account does not automatically cancel any active self-exclusion you have in place — self-exclusion periods run independently of account status.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling can activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently through their account settings or by contacting support. During any self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not receive any promotional communications from joyia9. joyia9 takes self-exclusion requests seriously and implements them promptly — typically within one hour of the request being confirmed. Effect of Closure

Historical transaction records may be retained for longer periods as required by financial compliance regulations.
